The Senior Pricing Deal Analyst will consult on the continuous development and implementation of pricing strategies in line with business goals and market this role you will advance knowledge to help develop pricing strategies and capabilities that enable the organization to share the appropriate value created for customers lead request for proposal processes for large and complex strategic customers provide insight into pricing data and tools and be a change agent with regards to value and market pricing structures and principles.
- Responsible for implementing strategic pricing as an end to end process from strategy development to price setting techniques governance and supporting technologies in either the business to business or business to customer space in alignment with business strategy.
- Responsible for the strategic pricing foundation through maintenance and evolution of pricing science models data tools and process.
- Lead the strategic pricing portion of the cross functional request for proposal processes for large and highly complex strategic customers and ensure market dynamics and value based pricing principles are considered.
- Lead and influence stakeholders on market conditions economic value assessments and pricing strategies through completion of highly complex analysis planning and strategic communication.
- Lead change management initiatives across the broader business as the company evolves to a value based pricing culture.
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of four years of related work experience
- Experience with spreadsheet and presentation applications
- Deal management experience in the business-to-business space
- Confirmed success in identifying margin improvement opportunities utilizing the pricing lever
- Experience with trade promotion retail performance and profitability analysis
- Experience using data analysis tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters degree or other post-secondary degree
- Experience using internal and external data
- Experience using strategic pricing tools
- Experience managing large deals (>$10MM) in the business-to-business space
- This position is located in Wayzata MN.
- This position is hybrid and requires to be on site based on business need.
- The expected salary for this position is $95000- $150000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location certifications education and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
