About the Role

As the Senior Pricing Analyst you will be responsible for managing pricing analytics operations and governance. This is a high impact role that is equal parts strategic and tactical and will have significant visibility to the senior leadership team. You will develop a deep understanding of our pricing data and how that ultimately impacts revenue targets margin targets and sales productivity. You will be involved in a varied set of activities such as data analysis price elasticity modeling discount tracking financial modeling and competitive benchmarking thus enabling strategic decision-making across the organization. This is a team sport and you will work closely in collaboration with the sales finance marketing and strategy teams to help achieve organizational financial objectives guide pricing strategy and improve pricing operations and management.

What YoullDo

• Shape the Pricing Landscape: Analyze historical pricing information evaluate pricing metrics and quantify trends todeterminethe best price points for our business across the Americas.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of pricing data including cost structures market and segment variances and competitor pricing.

• Providehigh impact insights to support contract/pricing differentiation and champion value-based selling.

• Manage enterprise pricing escalations and deal desk operations by working closely with segment sales and accountmanagers

• Propose designtestandmonitornew and innovative pricing constructs that could help improve monetization.

• Identify opportunities to improve current pricing processes tools and infrastructure and be an advocate for change.

• Create and update dashboards to provide visibility into pricing andidentifyopportunities for margin expansion.

• Collaborate for Success: Work closely with various teams includingProduct Marketing Sales Operations to develop data-driven tools and strategies that empower efficient pricing decisions.

• Support New Product Launches: Provide critical input on new product pricing strategies to foster successful product launches in the market.

What Youll Bring

• 5 years full-time work experience inanpricing or financialanalysisrole

• Bachelors degree in finance engineering statistics economics or other similar quantitativediscipline. MBAa plus.

• Fundamental understanding of pricing concepts and frameworks and a genuine interest in that domain.

• Strong communicationskills and ability to articulate insights based on complex data analysis.

• Prior experience with CPQ or similar pricing systems a big plus

• High/expert level ofproficiencyin Excel and PowerPoint

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $70000 $13000 per year which represents the base pay the company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role. Actual pay within this range will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience skills and qualifications.

Depending on the position employees may also be eligible to participate in a company bonus or commission plan. All employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including medical dental and vision coverage unlimited paid time off and participation in the companys 401(k) plan with employer contribution.
