Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior PMO / Project Manager based in Phoenix to drive cross-market payment initiatives and manage vendor this role you will lead complex multi-market project portfolios negotiate priorities among competing third-party stakeholders and oversee end-to-end integration across modern payment ecosystems. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in payment orchestration gateway integrations and strict third-party risk management frameworks. Required Qualifications &

Experience: -

Experience: 8 years of dedicated Project/Program Management experience operating within a PMO environment.- Domain Knowledge: Direct experience with Payment Gateways Payment Orchestration platforms and card network integrations.- TLM Expertise: Proven experience operating within the ecosystem and hands-on familiarity with Third-Party Lifecycle Management (TLM) frameworks.- Vendor Management: Strong track record of managing multi-vendor environments negotiating scopes and resolving competing vendor interests.- Multi-Market Leadership: Demonstrated history of managing international or multi-market releases simultaneously. Preferred

Qualifications:- Certifications: PMP PgMP PMI-RMP or Agile/Scrum certifications (CSM SAFe).- Technical Background: Familiarity with ISO 8583 / ISO 20022 message formats PCI-DSS compliance requirements and API-driven architectures.
