DIRECT HIRE:An awesome opportunity for an experienced Senior Plumbing Estimator to join a dynamic company. This role is responsible for preparing accurate plumbing estimates managing bid schedules reviewing drawings/specifications and coordinating with subcontractors vendors and project managers throughout the bidding process.
Location: Pineville NC
Pay Range: $85K - $100K
Shift: M - F 7am - 3:30pm
Weekly Hours: FT

Responsibilities:
- Prepare plumbing estimates and bid proposals for commercial projects
- Review plans specifications addenda and project documents
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for pricing and scope coverage
- Utilize FastEST/FastPIPE estimating software
- Track bid results and assist with project turnover to operations
- Maintain communication with project managers general contractors and owners
- Develop budgets and monitor material pricing trends
Qualifications:
- Experience estimating commercial plumbing projects
- Proficiency with FastEST/FastPIPE preferred
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of plumbing materials and current market pricing
