Job Summary
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Project drawing set-up

Field investigations

Picking up red marks

Fixture knowledge. Able to create a fixture design book for client review.

Plumbing Specification writing

Plumbing schematics One line riser diagrams.

Domestic Hot Water return loop design.

Medical Gas system design.
-
Domestic water Waste and Vent systems Sizing Layout Design
-
Self-directed and motivated worker. Works even when the boss is not looking.

2D AutoCAD drawing. 3D Revit model drawing.
Qualifications
-
10 years experience in Plumbing design and understanding of commercial type Plumbing systems.
-
PE a plus not required..
-
Healthcare experience a plus
-
AutoCAD and/or Revit experience.
-
Field experience/knowledge required. Able to visit and walk existing project sites for renovation projects. Analyze existing conditions. Identify systems in the field.
