This role extends beyond traditional software development. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping platform architecture enhancing system performance and driving technical excellence across the entire product ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of scalable platforms supporting high-volume real-time interactions and intelligent automation workflows

Build and optimize cloud-native infrastructure capable of handling extensive concurrent transactions with high availability and reliability

Improve end-to-end system performance including backend services databases APIs and user-facing applications

Develop frameworks and analytical tools that monitor platform behavior identify anomalies and improve operational efficiency

Drive architectural decisions related to scalability resiliency security and maintainability

Collaborate closely with product leadership and executive stakeholders to transform business requirements into technical solutions

Establish engineering best practices related to code quality system design testing deployment and operational excellence

Participate in customer-facing technical engagements helping implement and scale solutions in production environments

Required Qualifications

Strong expertise in modern software engineering using TypeScript Python SQL and cloud technologies

Demonstrated experience designing and operating large-scale production systems with significant real-time traffic volumes

Hands-on full-stack development experience utilizing modern frontend and backend frameworks

Deep understanding of distributed systems API architecture database optimization and performance engineering

Experience building applications involving real-time communication voice technologies streaming data or intelligent automation platforms

Strong problem-solving abilities with a track record of delivering technically complex solutions

Evidence of exceptional dedication mastery or achievement in a challenging pursuit outside of professional work demonstrating discipline and commitment
