Reporting to the Manager of National C&I this role serves as the departments Contests & Incentives (C&I) SME for assigned models that support the planning development and implementation of new vehicle incentive programs. The successful candidate will also develop insightful ad hoc C&I analysis/presentations and cost incentive programs provide sales and incentive analysis (including competitors) tracks current incentive programs and maintains budgeting tools. The ideal candidate will be a highly detailed strong analytical high performer who can work well cross-functionally and seeks to build brand value and achieve enduring profitable growth.

A Day in the Life:

  • Interfaces with CMM teams (for assigned models) for the planning development and implementation of new vehicle incentive programs.

  • Performs tracking and post analysis of program performance. Supports costing analysis implementation and post analysis of Regional and National Incentives for assigned models. Maintains costing and planning tools for assigned models. APR Workbook

  • Lease Cost Worksheets Produces Competitive C&I reports analysis and presentations. Recommends counter actions where appropriate for assigned models: Competitive Incentive report PIN PNUR analysis LPP as % of MSRP report Lease PEN reportResidual variance analysis

  • Assists with month-end close reconciliation process to determine actual expenses:

  • Complete post accrual analysis of NMAC bills to determine accuracy on APR Money Factor and Residual billings.

  • Supports the departments future fiscal year budgets utilizing lease cost worksheets APR workbook and cost analysis to forecast expenses.

  • Develops Disclaimers on monthly basis for assigned models and approves C&I content on Nissan-USA Develops Ad Hoc incentive programs as necessary including but not limited to: Project implementation execution and post analysis Acts as C&I SME working with cross-functional team during design testing and implementation of web-based incentive system

  • Interacts with following departments: CMM teams Regions Sales Ops Finance Accounting MarComm Pricing Legal NMAC IS Purchasing various vendors and agencies.

Who Were Looking for:

  • Seven or more years of directly related experience in automotive industry.

  • Bachelors degree in a related discipline. MBA preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail is required. Strong analytical presentation and strategic thinking skills:

  • Experience in developing and analyzing reports as well as working with numbers

  • Excellent negotiation and cross-functional skills to effectively balance priorities from various functional groups.

  • Highly motivated.

  • Must be able to multi-task.

  • Regional Dealer contact experience preferred.

  • Advanced knowledge/experience with Word Excel PowerPoint. Essential knowledge of other PC or mainframe applications to produce non-standard creative products as needed.

Travel Required

Occasional day travel.
