• Draft review and manage a variety of legal documents including contracts and compliance materials.
• Collaborate with attorneys to prepare for meetings hearings and negotiations ensuring all necessary documentation is in order.
• Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
• Maintain organized case files and databases ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Assist in the management of client relationships providing timely updates and communication regarding legal matters.
• Support the firms compliance initiatives by monitoring regulatory changes and ensuring adherence to legal standards.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance the efficiency of legal operations.

• 4 years of experience as a paralegal preferably within law venture capital or financial services.
• Proven ability to draft and review legal documents with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to interact with clients and team members.

• Experience with compliance and regulatory frameworks in the financial services sector.
• Familiarity with legal research tools and software to streamline case preparation.
• Background in supporting venture capital transactions or startup legal needs.
