Experience in Concept - Mathematical Programming Operations Research Optimization Algorithms Decision Support Systems Simulation Modeling Stochastic Modeling.
Programming Language: Julia C Python Java JavaScript.
Statistical Tools: R
Preferred:
Experience working in the transportation airline logistics or supply chain industry.
Experience with airline scheduling or network planning optimization.
Knowledge of Java and JavaScript development.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop large-scale optimization and decision-support applications.
Build mathematical programming optimization simulation and statistical models to solve complex business problems.
Gather analyze and translate business requirements into optimization solutions.
Develop and enhance optimization algorithms using commercial optimization solvers.
Implement nonlinear mixed-integer and large-scale optimization models.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business engineering and operations research.
Maintain software engineering best practices including version control packaging testing and release management.
Write efficient scalable and maintainable code in supported programming languages.
Perform data analysis and validation using SQL and statistical tools.
