Senior Operations Researcher

Location: Remote (North Carolina Residents Only)

is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Operations Researcher to join our Employment Screening this role you will be responsible for processing specialized and multi-step research assignments including criminal monitoring products sanctions reviews escalated criminal hits and in-house work products.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced remote environment enjoys investigative research and is committed to accuracy confidentiality and meeting deadlines.

• Conduct public records research through Federal State and County court systems
• Process criminal monitoring and sanctions-related work products
• Review and analyze vendor and court information for accuracy and compliance
• Contact courts via phone email or fax to obtain additional information
• Assist with escalations review and release activities as needed
• Maintain production and turnaround time expectations with a high level of accuracy
• Support and train Operations Research Team staff when necessary
• Ensure compliance with FCRA standards state restrictions and client requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Prior experience in background screening or a related field preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working remotely in a prior role
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office Zoom Teams email and other communication tools
• Must reside in North Carolina
• Must have a private home office with high-speed internet and ethernet access
