Job Description:
This job is responsible for resolving day-to-day complex problems researching and executing on complex transactions for multiple sites or larger business unit(s). Key responsibilities include leading the design development and implementation of products systems processes and services using discretion within the project management methodologies with a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads the design development and implementation of complex products systems and services in an operations environment using subject matter expertise
  • Manages projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives
  • Advises as a technical expert in assigned area by providing work direction guidance and training to employees and business partners on new complex initiatives
  • Builds relationships with business partners across various Lines of Business
  • Manages and defines responsibilities and accountabilities for key program and projects
Required Skills
  • Experience supporting business technology platforms system enhancements or operational tools.
  • Strong project coordination and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to identify document track and resolve issues while coordinating with various stakeholders.
  • Experience participating in user acceptance testing (UAT) process validation or quality assurance activities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience partnering with technology teams implementation partners and business stakeholders to support platform improvements.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into actionable testing monitoring and implementation plans.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced evolving environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills including experience presenting recommendations and status updates to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence outcomes across cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills (Optional)
  • Experience supporting technology implementations platform upgrades or process transformation initiatives.
  • Background in operations business process management or technology support functions.
  • Familiarity with issue management change management and risk mitigation practices.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated or large enterprise environment.
  • Knowledge of lead management workflow optimization or customer engagement platforms.

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$72500.00 - $105100.00 annualized salary offers to be determined based on experience education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
