Job Description:
This job is responsible for analyzing the day-to-day issues researching and providing resolution for various issues identified within a business unit. Key responsibilities include building new procedures completing complex non-routine analytics creating reports and reviewing exception testing and processing. Job expectations include supporting continuous improvement of processes by identifying trends and understanding the operations environment.

LOB Job Description:

The Operations Analyst role is a non-client facing Operations role performing a variety of functions related to Account Analysis billing processing and research. The Operations Analystwill act as a point of contact for the Sales and Servicing teams as well as complete unique Analysis maintenance and pricing functions for all clients utilizing treasury management services.

Responsibilities:

• Research and resolution of complex billing issues and inquiries.
• Telephone E-mail and Microsoft Communicator contact with many different Bank partners.
• Completion of more complex data entry tasks report auditing and spreadsheet calculations.
• Ability to be subject matter expert and to provide support to others.
• Process and understand Pricing requests.
• Contribute toward development and implementation of unit procedures and processes and support risk initiatives.
