What Youll Do:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client accounting records including journal entries for payroll payments expenses and accruals as well as the processing and review of accounts payable invoices.
• Deliver responsive client service by recording and analyzing transactions preparing reconciliations and assembling detailed financial workpaper packages.
• Prepare and review cash reports to support effective cash management.
• Process client payments via wire transfers and checks ensuring proper authorization and accuracy.
• Maintain and update client and investor banking and wiring instructions across multiple entities.
• Prepare monthly or quarterly client financial reports including completion and review of bank reconciliations.
• Assist with the coordination and preparation of annual tax packages and supporting schedules.
• Manage semi-monthly payroll processing through third-party vendors ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field of study.
• 2 years of bookkeeping or staff accounting experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook Teams).
