Senior Ocean/Air Freight Import Coordinator

Salary - $57500/$62500 base and excellent benefits

Responsibilities

• Manage Ocean/Air freight Import shipments AZ from origin to final delivery.
• Book cargo coordinate pickups prepare documentation follow up with airlines track arrange delivery and bill.
• Work with airlines truckers customers and internal offices on bookings pickups docs and cargo recovery.
• Monitor milestones flag delays/exceptions early and fix issues to hold service levels.
• Keep documentation system updates costs and final billing accurate.
• Support ocean/air freight quotes by checking routing transit times capacity and operational feasibility.
• Handle priority and complex shipments with tight follow-up through the full lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5 years hands-on ocean/air import freight operations in freight forwarding.
• Strong experience in Ocean/Air Import operations.
• CargoWise experience is advantageous
• Knowledge of AES TSA requirements and air freight documentation.
• Able to run multiple shipments priorities and urgent requests independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service communication and problem-solving.
