Job Summary

The candidate will be responsible for predictive and physical wireless site surveys RF analysis interference mitigation and designing secure highperformance wireless solutions across largescale enterprise environments. This position requires a strong understanding of modern wireless standards HPE Aruba controllers and access points and secure DoD network environments. The selected candidate will support mission operations at Joint Base AnacostiaBolling and must maintain an active TS/SCI Responsibilities:Serve as the SME for enterprise wireless networking architecture design deployment and predictive and physical wireless site surveys using professional RF design and deploy complex WiFi solutions to support secure highdensity and mission-critical and troubleshoot RF interference channel overlap performance degradation and connectivity wireless LAN controllers access points authentication methods and wireless policy configuration tuning and lifecycle management of HPE Aruba controllers and access expertise in 802.11be 802.11ax and related wireless standards in enterprise Tier III engineering support and root cause analysis for wireless network wireless solutions meet DoD security compliance requirements and integrate effectively with enterprise security comprehensive design documentation heat maps topology diagrams and configuration Qualifications:Active TS/SCI clearance.10 years of experience in network engineering with a specialization in wireless 8140 qualification: 441 Network Operations least two of the following required certifications: CWSP (or equivalent vendor wireless professional certification)SecurityCertified Wireless Network Professionals CWDP (or equivalent vendor design certification)CCNP Security (or CISSP)Strong technical understanding of: HPE Aruba controllers and access points802.11be (WiFi 7) and 802.11ax (WiFi 6/6E) standardsRF design interference mitigation and wireless performance tuningWireless authentication and security protocols (WPA3 802.1X RADIUS etc.)Preferred Certifications (Plus):CWDPEkahau design training/certificationCCNP EnterpriseExpertlevel wireless/vendor certificationsEnterprise wireless architecture experience or credentialsPreferred Experience:Designing secure enterprise wireless networks in DoD or IC predictive RF modeling and field validation with tools such as Ekahau or wireless deployments involving high-density or mission-critical wireless systems with security monitoring and analytics :TS/SCI security clearance required candidate will not be considered Equal Employment Opportunity Policy:The company is an equal opportunity employer.
