Summary

What Youll Do

• Design implement and manage advanced network infrastructure and services
• Diagnose and resolve complex network issues and performance bottlenecks
• Continuously monitor system performance diagnose Tier1 issues and implement solutions to maintain high availability and reliability.
• Implement and maintain security measures conduct audits and enforce policies.
• Serves as the escalation point for complex technical issues providing troubleshooting coordinating timely resolution across teams and documenting root causes and preventive actions
• Participates in a rotating on-call schedule to ensure continuous support and when off rotation remain available to receive triage and coordinate with other teams.
• Other duties and responsibilities as determined by TAI from time to time in its sole discretion

What You Need

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
• 7 years of specialized experience in server administration.
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE)
• Ability to be on call rotation for after hours requests
• Travel up to 20%
