About the Opportunity

A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Senior Net Revenue Analyst to join its Revenue Cycle and Finance team. This individual will play a key role in analyzing net revenue performance supporting financial reporting improving reimbursement insights and partnering with leadership to drive informed business decisions.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced healthcare finance professional with strong net revenue reimbursement and revenue accounting expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the monthly financial close process including analysis reconciliations journal entries and trend reporting
  • Analyze financial and reimbursement data to identify trends variances and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain net revenue reporting and forecasting models
  • Assist with accounting reserve methodologies and financial reporting requirements
  • Prepare reports related to managed care contract performance and reimbursement trends
  • Partner with finance leaders and cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives
  • Contribute to system implementations process improvements and revenue cycle projects
  • Stay current on government and commercial reimbursement changes impacting net revenue
  • Mentor and support junior analysts and team members
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Economics or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with Kodiak (Crowe) is required
  • Minimum of 7 years of net revenue analysis experience within healthcare
  • Strong understanding of revenue accounting principles
  • Experience working with commercial and government reimbursement methodologies
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience working with large financial datasets and reporting tools
Preferred Qualifications
  • CPA designation
  • Advanced degree
  • Experience with Lawson EPSI Excel and other healthcare financial reporting tools
  • Experience supporting financial reporting reimbursement analysis and revenue cycle initiatives

Compensation

Base salary range is $99000 $130000 depending on experience qualifications and overall alignment with the role.
