Senior Missile Defense Integration Engineer

PeopleTec is currently seeking a Senior Missile Defense Integration Engineerto support our Huntsville AL location.

We are seeking a highly motivated independent engineer to serve as a program scheduler and data visualization expert developing advanced analytical tools and robust management dashboards for multiple simultaneous complex programs. This position requires a proactive selfdirected professional who excels at taking highlevel objectives and independently producing fully developed technically sound tools and solutions.

The Senior Missile Defense Integration Engineer will serve as a senior technical authority responsible for leading complex scheduling analytical tool development and enterprise data visualization efforts. Duties include:

• Serving as the primary scheduler for multiple concurrent complex defense programs
• Designing building and maintaining scalable scheduling and analytical tools enabling continuous tracking and optimization
• Leveraging Palantirs Foundry to develop sophisticated analytical tools and interactive dashboards converting complex datasets into clear actionable executivelevel visual products
• Developing advanced reporting solutions in Tableau and PowerBI
• Using PowerApps to automate workflows and streamline program management processes
• Providing periodic database management support and assisting with SharePoint site administration
• Operating independently - translating abstract highlevel objectives into complete functioning tools without stepbystep guidance

Required Skills/Experience:

• Extensive experience serving as the primary scheduler for multiple simultaneous complex programs
• Ability to develop analytical and visualization tools
• Ability to work proactively and independently with minimal supervision
  
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• An active DoD TS/SCI clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active TS/SCI clearance upon hire and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.

Education Requirements:

• Masters degree in a STEM field and 12 years of engineering experience
• Alternatively: Bachelors degree in STEM 20 yearsof experience may be considered

Desired Skills:

• Experience supporting database administration
• Experience with SharePoint site management
• High proficiency in Tableau and/or PowerBI
• Development experience using PowerApps
• Experience with Palantirs AI-based software development environments
• Strong ability to synthesize technical data into executivelevel products
• Familiarity with missile defense or other complex DoD program environments
