• Senior Metrology Technician

Location: Rockville MD

Summary

The Senior Metrology Technician performs and coordinates calibration troubleshooting and maintenance activities for instrumentation used in pharmaceutical manufacturing and laboratory environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform calibrations of process and laboratory instruments.
• Execute troubleshooting and corrective actions.
• Review calibration documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Support investigations related to out-of-tolerance conditions.
• Mentor junior technicians.
• Maintain calibration records and work orders.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification preferred.
• 5 years of metrology or calibration experience.
• Experience with pressure temperature flow level and analytical instrumentation.
• Knowledge of GMP environments.
• Strong documentation skills.
