Kentro is hiring for Senior Medical Logistics Business Analyst to support the Defense Health Agencyand the Medical LogisticsIT role willsupport the MEDLOG IT PMO as it leads the charge toreplace capabilities in legacy MEDLOG IT applications and fully implementLogiCole.Upon reaching full operating capabilityLogiColewill roll all legacy medicallogisticsapplications into a single web-based application andprovidean enterprise view of alllogisticslines of role will be a pivotal part ofthe implementation ofLogiColeand the decommissioning of legacy applications providing intuitive user interfacesleveragingauthoritativeproductand sourcingdata andfully integrating federal and industry partners.

Location: Hybrid - Ft. Detrick MD

Salary Range: $00 annually. Factors influencing pay within this range include geography market demand skills education experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Responsibilities
  • Develop refine andvalidatebusiness requirements forLogiColeand DMLES core application roadmaps.
  • Analyze endtoend medicallogisticsworkflows toidentifygaps risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Provide subjectmatterexpertiseon medical materiel management supply chain operations and readiness requirements.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX teams to ensure business terminology workflows and data elements are accurately represented.
  • Ensure proper use of authoritative referential and derived data across medicallogisticsapplications.
  • Identifydata quality issues gaps and inconsistencies; recommend corrective actions.
  • Support data mapping lineage tracking and integration analysis across systems.
  • Conduct verification and validation (V&V) of functional and technicalprocessesparticipatein functional testing user acceptance testing (UAT) and regression testing.
  • Document defects track resolution andvalidatefixes.
  • Leverage knowledge managementtechniques and resources tocreate capabilities and assets that enable the organization to exploit opportunities and reuse existing knowledge.
  • Ensure knowledge products areaccurate accessible and aligned with enterprise KM standards.
  • Supporttrainingsand briefings at scheduled events (conferences leadership engagement etc.).
  • LeverageSAFe6.0 methodologies:
  • To ensure all features/enhancements are tested against clear measurable acceptance criteria.
  • To ensure continuous compliance using enterprise tools and standards that will create reuse scalability extensibilityinnovationand alignment.
  • Decompose roadmap elements into epics and features.
Qualifications
  • Experience with federal supply chain policiesprocessesand data
  • Experience with Medical Logistics
  • Post-secondaryeducation
  • Minimumof10yearsrelevant experience
  • Experience developing strategic communicationsforseniorfederalleadership
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • DoWexperience and / or familiarity strongly preferred
  • Ability to obtainandmaintainaPublic Trust clearance
  • Travel may beup to 10%based onproject needs
