Job Summary:
TechSource a Salas OBrien Company is hiring a full-time Senior HVAC Engineer to
serve as the technical subject matter expert to identify candidates and work
scope for future business growth. conduct construction document reviews and
work on large-scale projects from planning to execution phases supporting
Department of Energy (DOE) facilities.

Responsibilities:
ï Identify candidates and work scope for large HVAC projects at two Department of Energy facilities.
ï Provide HVAC technical direction to engineers.
ï Plan organize and coordinate process/engineering team/design projects
from inception to project startup.

Qualifications and Experience:
ï Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering.
ï 7 or more years of HVAC engineering experience in nuclear facilities including project management experience.
ï US citizenship is required.
ï Working knowledge of federal (including DOE Orders) state and local codes and standards applicable to HVAC design and systems.

Preferred Qualifications:
ï Active DOE Q or Top Secret security clearance.
ï DOE/NNSA work experience or knowledge.

Location: Hybrid work arrangement in Aiken SC or Knoxville TN depending on
your location.

Compensation & Benefits:
The expected base salary range for this role is $180000- $230000 USD per year.
Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including
skills experience qualifications and location.
