Join the team turning bold ideas into products millions of people use every day. Were looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer who loves solving hard problems fast building things with their hands and seeing designs go from sketch to store shelf.

What youll do

Youll own mechanical design from concept through mass production building prototypes running the engineering analyses that make designs bulletproof and partnering with ID EE software quality and manufacturing to ship products that actually delight people. Youll lead design reviews mentor junior engineers and work directly with overseas manufacturing partners to make sure what you design can actually be built at scale.

Specifically youll:

• Architect and develop next-generation mechatronic systems (actuators sensors mechanical subsystems and control logic) for early-stage robotics mechanical design of components and systems end-to-end from early concept through MP
• Rapidly prototype and test fail fast iterate faster
• Build and execute test plans for functionality reliability and safety
• Partner cross-functionally to align requirements and deliver integrated solutions
• Work with overseas manufacturing partners on feasibility cost and repeatability at scale
• Lead design reviews and keep risks visible and on track
• Mentor junior engineers and help sharpen team practices and tools
• Support factory builds root-cause investigations and continuous improvement through EVT/DVT/PVT and MP

What you bring

• BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 57 years designing mechanical systems for consumer products or electromechanical devices
• Expertisein designing and integrating sensors actuators motors and embedded control systems.
• Deep knowledge of materials mechanisms plastics design and DFM/DFA for high-volume manufacturing
• Strong fundamentals you can simplify complexity and explore solutions quickly
• CAD proficiency (Creo or SolidWorks preferred)
• A genuine love of hands-on prototyping and rapid iteration
• Experience working with overseas suppliers and manufacturing partners
• Clear communication you can explain trade-offs and technical decisions to any audience
• A track record of thriving amid competing priorities and tight timelines
• A consumer-first mindset and drive for great product experiences
