Job Summary
The Senior Matter Mobility Specialist serves as the operational lead for the firms Matter Mobility program ensuring consistent execution governance and continuous improvement of Matter Mobility processes. This role provides day-to-day oversight on complex projects coordinates workflow among team members and serves as the primary subject matter expert for the movement of client information across approved repositories.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting records management information governance legal operations or a related function within a law firm or professional services environment. Candidates should demonstrate strong technical aptitude exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
- 5 or more years of experience in records management information governance legal operations document management or a related field.
- Experience handling confidential client information electronic records and secure data transfers preferred.
- Proficiency with document management systems secure file transfer platforms Microsoft Office applications and related technology tools.
