Briarwood Ford is seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Master Technician to join our team in Saline this critical role you will utilize your expertise to provide top-notch vehicle diagnostics repairs and maintenance ensuring high customer satisfaction and vehicle performance. You will work closely with our service team to uphold the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Perform complex diagnostics troubleshooting and repairs on a wide range of vehicle systems including engines transmissions electrical systems and more.
• Lead by example mentoring and training junior technicians to enhance overall team performance.
• Maintain detailed and accurate service records and documentation.
• Collaborate with service advisors and customers to explain repairs and maintenance needs clearly.
• Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines and dealership policies.
• Stay current with latest automotive technology and repair techniques.

• Proven experience as a Master Technician with a focus on advanced diagnostics and repair.
• Relevant certifications (such as ASE Master Technician) strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills with customers and colleagues.
