What Youll Do

• Lead coach and grow a team of Solutions Engineers supporting Mid-Market accounts.

• Partner with sales leadership to drive revenue growth and shape customer solutions.

• Build repeatable processes tools and best practices to support a high-volume business.

• Strengthen the teams expertise in Atlassian software during the pre-sales process helping customers see the value of our tools and how they can transform the way they work.

• Jump in on key customer engagements to build trust and showcase Atlassian solutions.

• Collaborate with sales product and partner teams to align strategies and customer outcomes.

What Were Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in Solutions Engineering Sales Engineering or a similar technical sales role.

• Strong track record of coaching and developing high-performing teams.

• Ability to scale processes and drive operational rigor in a fast-growing business.

• Excellent executive presence and customer engagement skills.

• Deep knowledge of SaaS and Cloud value creation.

Compensation

At Atlassian we strive to design equitable explainable and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidates skills expertise or experience.

In the United States we have three geographic pay zones. For this role our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $204300 - $266725

Zone B: $183600 - $239700

Zone C: $169200 - $220900

This role may also be eligible for benefits bonuses commissions and equity.
