What You Will Do

• Lead large complex programs accelerating our shift tonext generationdigital systems

• Partner withcross-functionalteams to design solutions configure systems and oversee testing migration andgo-livereadiness

• Develop and manage conversion documentation data mapping and deployment planning

• Drive timelines milestones and execution for multiple transformation workstreams

• Proactively identify risks remove roadblocks and keep teams aligned and accountable

• Foster collaboration resolve conflicts and motivate teams toward common goals

• Deliver clear communication analytics and reporting to leadership and stakeholders

• Continuously evaluate opportunities to improve efficiency and cutover success

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience

• Experience leading complex digital transformation or processintensive programs

• Experience with CORE/Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and comfortable leading improvement events

The salary range for this role is 132400 USD - 251600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
