Job Summary
This role will be field-based and require frequent travel to project sites (up to 85%).
About the team:
This role requires strong leadership real estate construction and negotiation skills to manage property portfolios site selection and construction costs. Success in the role depends on the ability to evaluate sites oversee due diligence negotiate contracts manage compliance strategies and collaborate with internal teams contractors and government agencies. Strong financial analytical and problem-solving skills are essential to reduce risk control costs and support business growth. The role also requires adaptability strategic planning team development and the ability to drive multiple projects while ensuring alignment with company policies operational goals and community relationships.
- Project Management: Oversees the entire lifecycle of real estate projects from inception to completion ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and to specification.
- Store Assessment: Conducts detailed site evaluations and assessments for remodel projects and special projects. Prepares comprehensive assessment reports with recommendations.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborates with internal teams including Facilities Design Managers Construction and Operations as well as external partners such as architects contractors and local government authorities.
- Risk Management: Identifies potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
- Reporting: Prepares and presents detailed project reports to senior management outlining progress challenges and solutions.

The annual salary range for this position is $80000.00 - $155000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
