Senior Manager, Quality Assurance

Milacron is looking for a Plant Quality Manager to join our team in Batavia this position you will be responsible for leading and improving the site Quality Management System managing ISO9001 compliance and driving consistent quality performance across Youll Do:Lead and continuously improve the ISO9001 based Quality Management System for the siteOwn ISO9001 audits including external audits internal audit programs and Layered Process AuditsUse quality and operational data to identify trends drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actionsDirect site Quality Assurance activities including nonconforming material scrap and rework cost controlDevelop and lead the quality team building capability and preparing talent for future advancementQualifications:Musthave:Bachelors degree in a technical business or manufacturing field or equivalent experience15 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environmentDemonstrated leadership experience managing teams and workflowsDeep experience deploying and maintaining ISO9001 Quality Management SystemsHandson experience leading audits and corrective action processesProven problemsolving experience using structured methodologiesNice to have:Experience working with complex mechanical electrical and softwareintegrated systemsBackground in quality assurance focused on process control rather than inspection onlyKnowledge of machine technologiesExperience leading through influence in matrixed or operationsdriven environments#LI-DM1 #LI-ONSITE
