Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to lead the development and execution of comprehensive product support initiatives that ensure the sustainment modernization and operational readiness of Patriot systems for U.S. and international partners across 18nations. You will drivelong termsystem viability by shaping resource investment decisions across personnel funding and schedules enabling Raytheon tomaintainits leadership as a trusted provider of Integrated Air and Missile Defense solutions. Through cross-functional coordination and strategic planning you will ensure that global Patriot customers receive enduringhigh-qualitysupport that advances mission readiness and strengthens international partnerships.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with engineering supply chain program management operations and global customer teams to deliver integrated support solutions that enhance mission readiness.
• Develop and implementdata drivensupport strategies thatoptimizesystem availability reduce lifecycle costs and extend system relevance for global users
• Provide oversight of sustainment planning and modernization roadmaps
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for Operational and Sustainment Concepts of Operationsfor existing and emergingPatriotgroundsystems BMC4I and missiles.
• Ensure effective alignment of product support activities with contractual requirements customer expectations and Raytheon businessobjectives
• Present program status risk assessments and investment recommendations to senior leadership and customer stakeholders
• Identifyopportunities for process improvement and innovation across the product support lifecycle to improve performance and customer satisfaction
• Participate in color team reviews and proposal development
• Expected to support domestic and international travel as needed

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
• Experience inIntegrated Air and Missile Defenseoperations sustainmentlogistics or systems support
• Experience in sustainment strategy development and lifecycle support
• Experienceleading interoperability efforts including jointlogisticsplanning multinational repair integration and technical data alignment

Qualifications We Prefer

• Department of WarCapabilitiesPortfolioManagement(CPM)experience
• Experience engaging with international military services throughout the MENA INDOPACOM and CENTCOM theaters
• Demonstrated leadership with a strong record of driving crossfunctional initiatives that deliver measurable results
• Skilled in managing a variety of stakeholders and gaining alignment while clearly communicating complex strategies to senior leaders

• This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSACAS) an agency of the Department of Defense handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. The salary range for this role is 132400 USD - 251600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and/or the companys performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
