Role Summary
ThePfizer Patient Services (PPS) Senior Manager Patient Services Vendors (Hub Affordability e-Services)is responsibleforoverseeing the governanceand operationsof all enterprise-widePatientServicesvendor programs( operations/ quality vendor performanceprogram design norms).Thisindividualensures that all solutions are developed maintained and scaled in accordance with enterprise standards compliance requirements and strategic role collaborates cross-functionally to drive consistencyand efficiency.
Role Responsibilities
This rolewillensurethat patient support program development and ongoing operations are executed to ahigh Managerwill:
- Facilitaterelationshipswith third-party vendors who collect data or perform services ensuring they meet quality compliance and productivity standards
- Facilitatedata acquisition and integration partnering with Digitaland Analyticsto develop strategies for acquiring dataensuringaccurate/efficientdata deliveryingestion cleansing and transformation
- Provide critical inputs to senior leadership onvendor selection and the vendor RFP process
- Contribute toa robust continuous improvement infrastructure allowing near real-time program improvements so learnings are shared acrossthe PPS team
- Executeoptimal programdesign standards providing the efficiency necessary to scale patient services across thePfizersportfolio
- Consult and providerecommendations on effective organizationalandoperating models for a complex ever-changing matrix environment withinpatient services
- Flagriskswhile adhering to established business practice documents and implementing new processes tools and capabilities for process improvement
Basic Qualifications
Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers develop and coach others oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
- Bachelors degree; advanced degree (MBA MPH etc.) preferred
- 6years experience in BiopharmaPatient Services Strategy/Operations/ProgramManagement (preferred) or Biopharma Strategy/Management Consulting required
- Demonstrated success in a highly fast-paced setting
- Significant depth of experience in patient services vendor managementincluding establishing monitoring and evolving Patient ServicesService Level Agreements(SLAs)
- Strong project management and organizational skillswith cross-functional teams of diverse colleagues
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and prior experience in presenting to senior leaders
- Ability to receive and implementdirectionfrom senior colleagues toachieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact
- Commitment to receiving development and coachingfrom leadership

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $124400.00 to $207400.00. In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
