ROLE SUMMARY
The Senior Manager Oncology Portfolio Marketing is a strategic and executional leader responsible for shaping omnichannel strategy translating insights into portfolio-level direction and driving measurable impact across the Oncology portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Oncology Portfolio Marketing this role operates at the intersection of strategy insight and delivery to ensure the successful activation of marketing programs and strategic initiatives aimed at elevating Pfizers presence in the oncology ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will bring strong project management skills a strategic and collaborative mindset and a passion for innovation in oncology marketing. This role requires agility attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Shape activation of the Pfizer Oncology brand narrative and positioning strategy inclusive of strategic road-mapping and milestone tracking.
- Define and evolve portfolio-level omnichannel strategy across new and existing channels and engagement priorities ensuring alignment across internal stakeholders and external touchpoints to deliver one holistic brand narrative.
- Establish clear frameworks for omnichannel measurement and optimization including benchmark/KPI definition and ongoing governance/maintenance
- Facilitate evolution of the Pfizer Oncology digital ecosystem to serve the needs of the business and increase media efficiencies.
- Translate HCP/Patient research and insights into actionable strategic recommendations for unbranded initiatives collaborations and pilots across the Oncology portfolio including identification of net new opportunities.
- Lead the vendor ecosystem across the portfolio including scope integrated plans timelines and deliverables performance management against KPIs/SLAs budget stewardship and compliance escalating risks and driving corrective actions as needed.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers develop and coach others oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
- Bachelors degree required 6 years experience; MBA or masters degree 5 years of experience preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in omnichannel strategy brand execution and performance measurement within the healthcare and biopharmaceutical space.
- Proven ability to translate data and insights into strategic direction and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Experience managing agency partners and complex stakeholder ecosystems across multiple geographies.
- Familiarity with Pfizers digital platforms and technologies inclusive of marketing/marketing manager responsibilities in GCMA.
- Agile mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced evolving environment
