Senior Manager of Pricing & Packaging

The Senior Manager of Pricing & Packaging will play a critical role in shaping how Weave monetizes its products and delivers value to customers. This role owns the development and execution of pricing strategies packaging structures and go-to-market readiness for new and existing offerings. You will partner closely with Product Finance Sales Marketing and Operations to ensure pricing decisions are data-driven competitive and aligned to business objectives. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

• Lead pricing and packaging strategy for new product launches including SKU creation bundling and monetization models.

• Partner with Product and Product Marketing to deeply understand offerings and translate them into clear scalable pricing structures.

• Conduct competitive analysis customer segmentation and financial modeling to inform pricing decisions.

• Own the strategy and execution of price increases including scenario modeling customer segmentation and rollout coordination.

• Serve as a key partner to Sales supporting deal structuring custom configurations and large or complex opportunities.

• Drive cross-functional alignment across Finance RevOps Marketing Customer Success and Business Systems for pricing initiatives.

• Own and maintain core pricing documentation including pricing guides SKU lists and bundle configurations.

• Support go-to-market readiness for pricing changes including internal enablement and communication.

• Partner with Finance on customer unit economics and profitability modeling to inform pricing and discounting strategies.

• Identify opportunities to improve pricing processes tools and systems to increase scalability and efficiency.

• Contribute to broader pricing and packaging strategy including bundle evolution ASP trends and competitive positioning.

• 8 years of experience in pricing product operations strategy finance or a related field.

• Experience supporting SaaS or subscription-based business models.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling pricing strategy or unit economics.

• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution independently and with organizational influence.

• Experience partnering with Product Sales Finance and Marketing teams at a senior level.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences including executive stakeholders.

• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

• Comfort operating in a fast-paced evolving environment with shifting priorities.

• You think strategically about how pricing drives growth retention and customer value.

• You are highly collaborative and know how to influence without direct authority.

• You are comfortable getting into the details while keeping the bigger picture in mind.

• You bring structure to ambiguity and can quickly turn ideas into execution.

• You are proactive and anticipate needs before they arise.

• You care about building scalable systems not just solving one-off problems.
