This position will collaborate with Operations to develop build and manage the learning functions for Urban Plates. This position focuses on the continuous development management and improvement of training programs systems and processes for Team Members and Managers using an array of creative approaches and technology (LMS) which drive employee engagement productivity and and Qualifications At least 3 years Instructional Design LMS administration Field Training and/ or Training Administration or related field experience preferably with restaurant retail or consumer products in MS Office Desktop Publishing software and E-Learning authoring software (Captivate Articulate Storyline Wisetail etc).Highly effective communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate ideas and concepts. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent facilitation/presentation ability to collaborate communicate and influence across a diverse set of styles functions and geographies. Excellent planning skills to provide advice and recommendations to support best in class culture. Thorough understanding of training -motivated personable and strong attention to detail. Ability to effectively build and establish strong relationships with all departments. Proven ability to facilitate timelines and deliverables for effective implementation of project to work on-site in our Solana Beach restaurant Support Center and in the field in a restaurant about Urban PlatesUrban Plates started in 2011 in Del Mar CA.
