Key Responsibilities
Manages the company-wide quality/ reliability program and related business processes. Includes the definition specification and implementation of standards methods and procedures for developing quality/ reliability programs.
Develops quality/ reliability training and courses. Monitors current training to ensure compatibility with current programs.
Evaluates and analyzes data to determine requirements for quality/ reliability programs
Manages the application of quality/ reliability activities in administrative areas with focus on consulting with operating units to ensure continuous improvement.
Evaluates current operations for performance against quality standards.
Provides inputs and recommendations for the adoption of good quality practices in engineering and manufacturing.
Provides leadership and support to subordinates in meeting quality assurance system requirements
Selects trains evaluates and manages employees to ensure the efficient operations of the function.

YesThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location hire grade job-related knowledge skills experience and with consideration of internal equity of our current team addition to a comprehensive benefits package candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program as applicable.
For all sales roles the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
