Job Description:

Responsibilities

- Manage client finance efforts for multiple clients working internally across business units and externally with clients

- Take ownership of the client finance workflow including budget management billing reporting and accounts receivable management

- Plan and coordinate client finance deliverables across business units to ensure timeliness and quality

- Function as the primary liaison between the agency Budget Management Group agency business units and clients for all client finance matters

- Communicate effectively and responsibly within agency network and externally to clients - Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and agency business units alike

- Attend periodic client and departmental meetings as needed

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Business preferably Accounting or Finance

- 4-6 years related work experience; marketing/advertising industry experience a plus - Prior client management experience required

- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast paced client service environment

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines for multiple stakeholders - Intellectual curiosity and excellent problem-solving skills

- Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proactive and detail oriented

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel

- Ability to quickly learn multiple software applications

- The ideal candidate will possess client management experience strong interpersonal skills and strong technical skills

$50000 - $95000

Omnicoms policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
