Job Summary
This role is hybrid which means you will be required to work on site Monday through Thursday at the Best Buy corporate office in Richfield Minnesota. You can work virtually from home or another nonBest Buy location on Friday. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.
What youll do
- Drive end-to-end delivery of the largest most complex membership initiatives.
- Translate strategies and briefs into detailed requirements across channels.
- Partner with the Technology Product team to hand off requirements through acceptance.
- Manage scope dependencies risk and timeline against defined outcomes.
- Lead adoption and change management and develop an Associate Manager.
- 7 years in program/project management product delivery or operational execution.
- 3 years proven track record delivering complex cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
- Strong requirements-gathering and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience managing dependencies risk and delivery to outcomes.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in loyalty membership digital or retail delivery.
- Familiarity with product portfolio management and stage-gate intake frameworks.
