How you will make an impact

• Serve as a strategic advisor to leaders on employee relations performance management workforce planning and talent development.

• Coach and support managers in navigating complex employee matters and organizational challenges.

• Partner with Talent Acquisition to strengthen recruiting strategies and support hiring outcomes.

• Lead onboarding and new employee orientation efforts that create a welcoming and engaging experience.

• Develop and facilitate leadership development programs training initiatives and employee workshops.

• Drive employee engagement recognition communication and retention strategies.

• Oversee compliance with federal state and local employment regulations including EEOC FMLA ADA and OSHA requirements.

• Support succession planning and leadership pipeline development across the community.

• Coordinate employee events culture initiatives and professional development opportunities.

• Utilize data and workforce insights to identify trends and recommend solutions that improve organizational effectiveness.

Compensation:

• Commensurate with experience from$90000 $100000 annuallyplus eligibility for annual bonus.

What you will need

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant human resources experience

• PHR or SPHR preferred.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
