Cherry Bekaert is partnered with a growing private technology company in the financial services spaceto identify aSenior Manager FP&Ato join their finance leadership team. This is a newly created role reporting directly to the CFO and will play a key role in supporting strategic decisionmaking as the organization continues to scale.
This position will own all aspects of financial planning and analysis including budgeting forecasting and performance reporting while partnering closely with executive leadership to drive insight and operational efficiency.

This position will own all aspects of financial planning and analysis including budgeting forecasting and performance reporting while partnering closely with executive leadership to drive insight and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full FP&A function including budgeting forecasting and longrange planning
- Develop and deliver financial models dashboards and executivelevel reporting
- Partner with senior leadership to analyze business performance and support strategic initiatives
- Provide variance analysis and actionable insights tied to revenue expenses and growth initiatives
- Improve financial processes tools and reporting as the company continues to grow
- Strong FP&A background with experience supporting senior leadership
- Proven ability to operate in a fastpaced growthoriented environment
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
- Experience working with accounting and planning systems (QuickBooks experience a plus)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence across the organization
- Hybrid role based in Charlotte NC
- Competitive compensation targeting up to $150K base salary plus bonus and potential equity
