Your Roleat Baxter

This role is a finance leader position supporting Baxters Front-Line Care (FLC) Welch Allyn business a nearly $1B division with Commercial teams located across the U.S. & Canada. Youll be a finance partner responsible for helping the organization make smart highimpact decisions about which to drive profitable operating results.

Youll be a part of the financial planning and analysis team for UCAN Front Line Care (FLC) Commercial activities including the annual operating plan longrange plan forecasting and reporting. Youll also play a key role in partnering with business shaping decision making for short- and long-term profitable business growth.

This is a visible role that partners closely with senior leaders across Sales & Marketing and the broader finance organization. Youll be a key person the business relies on to develop and report financial data into clear insights challenge assumptions and guide decisions that drive profitable growth.

For someone who enjoys being a business partner crossfunctional influence and working with the Commercial team this role offers meaningful ownership and impact.

Applicants should be located within commuting distance of Deerfield IL or Skaneateles NY and work on a hybrid schedule from one of those locations.

At Baxter we are committed to equitable pay for all employees and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $136000 -$187000. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location skills and expertise experience and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for discretionary bonuses.
