JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Manager Creative Production plays a critical role in advancing UDXs digital and marketing transformation by stewarding the creative content ecosystem. This position establishes standards and decision-making frameworks to ensure content is high-quality on-brand compliant structured and ready for personalization across all channels. The role oversees how content flows from capture and curation through toolkit development and downstream use ensuring consistent application across marketing digital paid media trade UXUI and personalization environments. It also provides senior leadership for the Creative Production Studio Team with accountability for organizational structure operational clarity and creative quality across both digital and print functions.
Leveraging deep expertise in creative production and direction the Sr. Manager drives elevated studio output efficient workflows and strong team leadership while maintaining speed quality and brand close partnership with brand and creative leaders this role supports enterprise content strategy future workflows and system alignment. Acting as a central connector the Sr. Manager builds trusted relationships across teamsincluding IP compliance DAM UXUI and channel partners-translating creative vision legal requirements and performance insights into cohesive execution that enables teams to collaborate effectively and deliver impactful results.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creative Content Production
- Serve as a steward of UDXs creative content ecosystem ensuring it reflects brand identity creative standards and guest experience intent.
- Oversee creative content production through studio leadership ensuring alignment to creative standards brand intent and downstream channel needs.
- Guide prioritization and representation of content across web/UXUI CRM Paid Media Trade DDM and personalization environments.
- Co lead toolkit content and decision making with creative leadership partnering with UXUI and applying downstream insights and creative performance learnings to ensure content includes the coverage ratios and variations required for personalization and cross channel execution. Identify required photo and video refreshes expansions or deprecations to support business needs and journey based storytelling.
- Ensure content sets and toolkit components meet competitive creative quality standards and support scalable content delivery across the guest journey.
- Personalization & Component-Based Content Enablement
- Translate persona journey and micro-moment insights into content requirements and modular creative frameworks that enable dynamic componentbased assembly across channels.
- Partner with Comms Planning / AD&P and channel teams to identify required content inputs for upcoming experiences campaigns and test cycles.
- Ensure content is structured to support personalization use cases across web app CRM paid media and emerging platforms anticipating future dynamic rendering needs beyond DCO.
- Identify content gaps across photo video graphics and copy components informing future capture curation or toolkit updates to support scalable personalization.
- Partner with AD&P and channel teams to define multivariant and logicbased content requirements ensuring creative components align to brand platform and personalization standards.
- Maintain and evolve creative logic frameworks that support dynamic content assembly from variant rules to component readiness ensuring consistency across systems and channels.
- Ensure content meets metadata taxonomy and readiness expectations to support discoverability compliance and downstream activation.
- Creative Production Studio Leadership
- Provide senior leadership oversight for the Creative Production Studio supporting Digital and Print Production managers.
- Support structure operating rhythms and clear expectations that enable teams to move efficiently and stay aligned.
- Serve as a decision making and escalation point for prioritization capacity and workflow challenges.
- Partner with studio leadership to identify efficiencies improve processes and scale studio operations to support future personalization efforts.
- Apply creative judgment and direction to elevate quality consistency and brand alignment across studio output.
- CrossTeam Creative Collaboration
- Partner with creative teams creative leadership and production teams on shoot needs
and creativeintent alignment to ensure upstream decisions translate accurately into scalable personalization and downstream channel needs while optimizing shoot capture. - Build strong trustbased relationships across UXUI Paid Media DDM Comms Planning IP Legal and all downstream teams serving as the key connector who translates requirements into upstream creative decisions and ensures partners are integrated early and aligned through activation.
- Establish ongoing feedback loops that surface channel learnings reduce blockers and inform creative planning content optimization and future content requirements.
- Partner with creative teams creative leadership and production teams on shoot needs
- Content Governance & Systems Alignment
- Provide input into content structure naming conventions taxonomy alignment and lifecycle planning to ensure creative and personalization needs are met earlier in the creative content pipeline.
- Contribute requirements and feedback that inform contentreadiness expectations across servers DAM portals and personalization systems.
- Partner with system pipeline and DAM owners to ensure creative standards and content structures are accurately reflected across systems.
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy procedures training and team member involvement activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
- Four-year degree in marketing or advertising or equivalent high-level creative content production experience.
EXPERIENCE:
- 7 years of experience in creative production studio operations or creative leadership roles within largescale brand hospitality entertainment or agency environments including experience leading managers and multidisciplinary production teams.
- Leverages advanced creative judgment and brand fluency to influence content strategy ensuring it support Universals audience first and personalization driven experience standards.
- Demonstrated ability to elevate creative quality improve studio efficiency and guide teams through evolving creative and production demands.
- Exceptional relationship management skills able to build trust alignment and knit collaboration across creative production UXUI legal and IP channel and AD&P partners to drive clarity unblock workflows and move complex initiatives forward.
- Familiarity with personalization frameworks modular content and audiencedriven creative needs.
- Experience with DCO content variant preparation and logic builds
- Comfortable shaping standards in an evolving transformation-driven environment.
