Senior Manager, Content, Brand, & Creative Services

THE ROLE

Entegris is currently seeking aSenior Manager Content Brand & Creative Servicesto joinourMarketingteam. This position will bebasedatour corporate headquarters inBillerica MA.

As our new Content Brand and Creative Services Leader you willbe responsible for evolving and stewarding our brand to support Entegris long-term strategies including corporate content development brand and creative services.

WHAT YOULL DO

• Position our brand to promote Entegris asthe industrys best materials technology development partner to deliver industry-leading customer engagement operate as a trusted reliable supplierand support employer-branding to make sureemployees are engaged supported and proud of the work we do.

• Design and execute branding strategies to grow brand awareness promote recognition interestand engagement from externalaudiences.

• Partner with themarketing and communications leadershipteam to evolve brand messaging andvisual representations.

• Leadcorporate marketing messaging and storytellinginitiatives across diversechannelsto ensure the positiveand premiumimage of Entegris across a wide range of external audiences.

• Establish visual and content branding standards ensuring they are communicated and met throughout internal and external channels.

• Strategize and implementartificial intelligence appropriately to enhance efficiencies and effectiveness of thebrand.

WHAT WE SEEK

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required; MBAor MSis desirable.

• 15years of progressive marketing communications experience; utilizing multi-mediaplatformincluding digital media.

• 8 years of experience in a high-level management role with organization design / workforce planning responsibilities.

• Experience managing a matrix of design creative brand and content focused agencies vendors and professionals.

• Semiconductororan advanced manufacturinghighly regulatedscientificindustryexperience preferred.

• Strong preference for international experience specifically in Asia& EMEA.

• Proven ability to effectively manage multiple strategic marketing and branding campaigns; working through extended team members and dotted-line relationships.

• Demonstrated expertise establishing and sustaining progressive internal and external communication strategies.

• Subject matter expert inbrand applicationareas of media and digital marketing (web socialemail paid channels affiliate and 3rdpartyetc...).

• Superior organizational and operational skills; ability to juggle multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting all deadlines.

• Strong financial/analytical acumen including understandingcore and secondarymarketing KPIs.

• Unquestionable professional ethics and personal integrity.

• Compensation: $127000 - $169000 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
