We are looking for a Senior Manager Accounts Payableto join our team in one of todays most exciting role willreportto our US Controllerand based inSan Jose CA.This is a fully on-site in officerole5 days a week.
Role Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense (T&E) operations including invoice processing vendor payments and employee reimbursements across U.S. and international entities
- Ensure timely accurate and compliant processing through strong operational controls clear SLAs and performance metrics
- Own AP and T&E SOX controls; support internal and external audits walkthroughs testing and remediation
- Partner with Accounting on monthend close including accruals reconciliations subledgertoGL accuracy and issue resolution
- Manage and develop onshore and offshore teams; establish accountability coaching and scalable operating models
- Drive continuous process improvement automation and P2P/T&E system enhancements to support growth and efficiency
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with Procurement Treasury Tax HR and Internal Audit to resolve issues and improve endtoend processes
- Support global expansion policy standardization and ERP or finance transformation initiatives
- Bachelors degree in accounting Finance or related field
- 710 years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting Operations including 2 years in people leadership roles
- Experience supporting operations in a SOXcompliant publiccompany environment
- Working knowledge of ERP systems and AP/T&E automation tools (Oracle Fusion preferred)
- Solid understanding of procuretopay processes internal controls and audit requirements
- Strong operational execution with attention to detail
- Ability to manage daytoday operations while driving incremental process improvements
- Effective crossfunctional communication and issue resolution
- Working knowledge of AP and T&E controls compliance and accounting impacts
- Dataoriented mindset with experience tracking KPIs and operational metrics
- Timely and accurate vendor payments and employee reimbursements with wellmanaged exceptions
- Effective audit support with minimal rework or followup
- Stable wellrun AP and T&E operations that support business needs
- A motivated accountable team with clear roles and expectations
- Ongoing improvements in efficiency cycle time and control execution
