Senior Maintenance Tech

We specialize in delivering comprehensive pool servicesincluding design installation and ongoing maintenanceto residential and commercial customers across the United States. • Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on pool pumps filters heaters and automation systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical electrical and hydraulic problems quickly to minimize downtime.
• Lead major equipment installations upgrades and system retrofits.
• Maintain precise service logs work orders and inventory records in the companys maintenance software.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations local building codes and industry best practices.
• Train and mentor junior technicians reinforcing proper procedures and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with operations and customerservice teams to schedule visits and provide status updates.
• Participate in an oncall rotation for afterhours emergency support.

• High school diploma or GED (technical or vocational certification in mechanical/electrical maintenance preferred).
• 58 years of handson maintenance experience in pool spa or related recreationalfacility environments.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools diagnostic equipment and the ability to read technical schematics.
• Strong knowledge of pool filtration pump heater and automation systems.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication coupled with a customerfocused attitude.

• Prior experience supervising or mentoring junior maintenance staff.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and local building codes.
• Experience using preventivemaintenance scheduling software.
• Certifications in refrigeration HVAC or related trades.

• Annual salary range: $72800 $93600 (USD).
