Senior Loan Servicing Administrator Uni-tranche and Syndications

What youll do:

The Loan Operations Administrator is responsible for performing duties related to loan operations servicing specializing in processing complex loan transactions preparation of specialized billings on direct/agented loans and reviewing various system generated reports to ensure proper monitoring.
  • Processes loan transactions including complex increases roll-overs pay-downs commitment reductions etc.
  • Preparation/review of loan documents and form in relation to servicing activities.
  • Preparation of interest and fee billings on specialized agency facility loans and commitments
  • Process interest commitment fees and investigate discrepancies when necessary.
  • Preparation of GL entries as required.
  • Review various system generated reports to ensure proper monitoring of the facilities.
  • Leads and develops a team; responsible for hiring coaching performance management training and development.

What youll need:

  • High school graduation or GED and 5 years or more of Financial Services experience related to loan Servicing Operations
  • Loan Agency Servicing experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and reconciliation skills preferred
  • Knowledge of loan products including Credit Agreements Guarantees and Letters of Credit preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Intermediate knowledge of FIS IBS and CLS (ACBS FCM and FTM applications preferred
  • Strong time management/organizational skills preferred
  • Experience in supporting servicing functions for variety of portfolios (both as Agent and Participant) preferred
