What Youll Do:

• Lead complex environmental assessment and remediation projects across the Carolinas from strategy through execution
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients regulators and stakeholders on technically challenging high-stakes work
• Develop and strengthen client relationships while supporting business growth initiatives
• Provide technical leadership and quality review for reports proposals and deliverables
• Mentor and develop junior and mid-level staff helping build future leaders within the organization
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning team development and continuous improvement efforts

What Were Looking For:

• 10 years of environmental consulting experience
• Strong technical expertise in site assessment remediation and risk-based cleanup
• Experience navigating regulatory programs in North and South Carolina including NC Brownfields
• Proven client management communication and business development skills
• A passion for mentoring others and fostering team growth
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional work
