• You own the relationship from start to finish. From the first visit through the final walkthrough youre the clients main contact. Our in-house designer handles drawings and revisions. Your job is to make sure what we sold is what we build.
• Kitchen and bath one client. You sell both brands so one relationship can turn into multiple projects.
• Your book compounds. Company-provided appointments give you a base. Referrals and repeat clients are routed back to you.
• Honest quotes no surprises. Common upgrades are priced and disclosed before the client signs so youre not defending change orders later.
• Our own installers. In-house factory-trained crews not subcontractors youve never met protect your name on every job.
• Fair clear lead routing. You never compete with a teammate for the same client.

• Run 34 company-provided in-home consultations a week. Add your own from referrals the showroom and local partners.
• Listen first. Understand how the family lives what they can spend and what matters most then design a solution that fits.
• Present clear complete proposals including upgrade options and financing and ask for the business.
• Hand accurate specs to our designer and project team and walk the job with installers before work starts.
• Check in during the project and do the final walkthrough with the client. Ask for the review and the referral.
• Build relationships with local realtors designers contractors and community groups.
• Keep your pipeline and client notes current in our CRM.

• 3 years selling in-home kitchen bath or comparable premium home improvement projects.
• A track record of repeat and referral business. Tell us about it.
• Design fluency: layouts cabinetry lines materials current trends.
• Comfort presenting $10K$100K proposals and having honest budget conversations.
• Follow-through. You return calls keep promises and stay with the client after the contract is signed.
• Reliable transportation a valid drivers license and daytime availability with some evenings and weekends.
