Solenis is seeking a driven and experienced Key Account Manager to oversee a large refinery account in Texas. This role is ideal for a technical sales professional who thrives on building strong customer relationships delivering value-added solutions and driving business growth in industrial water treatment.
- Manage a key refinery account developing strong customer relationships through proactive value-added technical service.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for growth within the account while prospecting for new business using consultative selling techniques.
- Review and optimize water treatment programs and processes (cooling systems boilers wastewater treatment) ensuring effectiveness through routine monitoring testing and program adjustments.
- Oversee on-site inventory management including coordinating chemical orders deliveries and proper stock levels.
- Maintain and grow revenue through strategic account management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead and manage site priorities and projects ensuring service delivery meets Solenis standards and customer expectations.
- Troubleshoot and maintain feed systems dosing equipment and utility systems in the field.
- Conduct regular business reviews prepare and present technical reports and lead customer meetings with clear data-driven insights.
- Proven experience in industrial water treatment sales with strong knowledge of boiler cooling and/or wastewater systems.
- Demonstrated success managing large industrial or refinery accounts.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong troubleshooting analytical and communication skills.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $88850.00 and $130317.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills experience and other factors permitted by law.Required Experience:
