Senior IT Support Technician - City of Industry
Quinn Company is seeking a Senior IT Support Technician to provide advanced technical support across our organization. This role supports a modern Microsoft environment and plays a key role in improving IT operations enhancing user experience and driving efficiency through technology and automation.
This is a hands-on customer-facing role requiring strong troubleshooting skills technical expertise and the ability to work independently.
Wages
Starting wage for the Senior IT Support Technician will depend on experience and education. $29.10 - $34.44
Responsibilities
Location: City of Industry CA
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced support for hardware software and network-related issues across multiple locations
- Install configure deploy and troubleshoot PCs mobile devices and telecom systems
- Manage users and devices in a hybrid Active Directory / Microsoft 365 environment
- Support endpoint management using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
- Analyze data and system logs to identify issues and trends; generate reports for leadership
- Assist with application deployment scripting (PowerShell/batch) and automation efforts
- Support and triage IT tickets providing Tier III level support when needed
- Maintain documentation SOPs and knowledge base articles
- Partner with leadership to identify recurring issues and improve workflows
- Serve as an IT point of contact at assigned locations and provide onsite support as needed
- Participate in IT infrastructure and network-related projects
Additional Requirements
- Must be open to travel (approximately 2030%) including occasional overnight travel
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred
- Microsoft certifications (e.g. MD-102 MS-900 AZ-900) or equivalent experience
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Ability to sit stand walk and perform physical activities as needed in support roles

Qualifications
- 4 years of related IT support experience
- Strong Microsoft environment knowledge (M365 AD Intune)
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- College or university program certificate; or four years related experience/training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
