- Play a central role in major multi-year ERP modernization and implementation programs
How You Will Make An Impact
- Lead large-scale technology projects and strategic programs from planning through implementation and operationalization.
- Drive complex multi-year ERP upgrades and implementations spanning multiple business and technology workstreams.
- Build integrated program plans that connect cross-functional dependencies milestones resources risks budgets and deliverables.
- Coordinate internal teams business stakeholders vendor partners and outsourced resources to keep programs aligned with scope schedule quality and business objectives.
- Oversee requirements project scope testing implementation readiness change enablement stakeholder communications and post-launch activities.
- Manage project and program budgets including labor and capital or operating resource requirements.
- Identify risks issues dependencies and delivery obstacles while driving appropriate mitigation and escalation.
- Establish clear program reporting and provide consolidated updates to executives project sponsors portfolio leadership and governance teams.
- Define measurable project success criteria and ensure progress is evaluated against business outcomes.
- Lead post-project retrospectives and translate lessons learned into stronger delivery practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization using structured project and Lean principles.
- Maintain strong project governance documentation and consistent adherence to established delivery processes.
Do You Bring Proven Success Leading Enterprise ERP Transformation
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- 10 years of related project/program management experience supporting complex technology environments.
- Demonstrated success managing at least two full-scale ERP upgrades or implementations.
- Direct experience managing ERP programs through design testing implementation and operationalization.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based ERP platforms and enterprise implementation lifecycles.
- Proven ability to manage complex programs spanning multiple business functions such as Accounting Sales Inventory Management Warehousing and IT.
- Strong knowledge of project and program management practices including business cases schedules budgets risk management resource planning and governance.
- Experience managing external vendors third-party partners and distributed project resources.
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills with experience providing concise program status risks decisions and recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence teams and leaders without direct authority.
- Experience working with project delivery tools such as Microsoft Project Jira Confluence or comparable platforms.
- Strong organizational problem-solving conflict-management and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively within changing priorities ambiguity and deadline-driven environments.
- Experience with organizational change management methodologies is a plus.
- Active PMP CAPM PMI-ACP Agile or comparable project management certification is highly preferred.
Required Skills:
Do You Bring Proven Success Leading D365 Sales & Customer Service Workstreams 710 years of ERP functional Business Analyst or Functional Consultant experience with significant hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM / Finance & Operations expertise. Deep recent experience within D365 Sales and Customer Service processes. Strong understanding of Sales & Marketing functionality customer management quoting order processing and Quote-to-Cash. Demonstrated experience with complex pricing and Unified Pricing Management including layered discounts or comparable pricing structures. Ability to personally configure D365 functionality rather than operating solely as a requirements or project-management resource. Strong knowledge of fit-gap analysis and a demonstrated preference for using standard D365 functionality before pursuing customization. Experience supporting enterprise D365 implementations through testing UAT deployment cutover and hypercare. Ability to challenge legacy business processes constructively and propose better platform-based solutions. Strong communication skills and the confidence to influence business stakeholders when recommended solutions differ from historical processes. Experience working with integrations to systems such as Salesforce eCommerce platforms EDI solutions or similar enterprise applications. Previous consulting experience is welcome particularly when paired with experience supporting or owning systems after implementation. Experience with Power Platform is preferred. Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are preferred. Manufacturing industry experience is helpful but not required. Ability to work regularly onsite in North Carolina or Phoenix and travel periodically for deployment activities.
