Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Business Analyst to support IT project initiatives business process analysis requirements gathering and technology procurement activities. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to document requirements analyze processes and support solution delivery.
Required Skills:
- 5 years of IT Business Analyst experience
- Requirements Gathering & Documentation
- SDLC (Agile Scrum Waterfall)
- AS-IS & TO-BE Process Mapping
- Business & Functional Requirements
- Stakeholder Management and JAD Sessions
- UAT Support
- SOW Development and IT Procurement Support
- Process Flow Diagrams & Workflow Analysis
Preferred Skills:
- Government/Public Sector experience

Education:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
